Jim Breitenfeld, Vice President in the Office Division at Henry S. Miller Brokerage, and Angela Chen, Associate in the Retail Division, represented an investor in China for the sale of 42 acres of land at 2901 Triangle Road in Valley View, TX. The acreage is near Lake Ray Roberts and next to shoreline owned by the U.S. Corps of Engineers. Zoned for agriculture, the land was a working cattle ranch and the new unnamed owner plans to use it as farmland for now.

Miller, Mr. Breitenfeld worked for multinational organizations including Schneider Electric, Johnson Controls and Brady Corporation, gaining experience in building systems and infrastructure and energy management solutions in the commercial real estate industry.
Mr. Breitenfeld earned a BS in Marketing from Arizona State University and an MS in Management-International Business from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.

Angela Chen is an Associate in the Retail Division at Henry S. Miller Brokerage. She specializes in buyer representation, working with international investors on land, office and retail acquisitions. Her clients have been from China, India, Japan and Bangladesh. Angela is a Certified International Property Consultant designated by the Dubai Land Department. She is a Committee Chair of the Asian Real Estate Association of America DFW Chapter (AREAA DFW), which empowers the Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) communities’ property owners.
