Colliers International is pleased to announce Fluid Flow Products has signed a lease for 26,520 square feet of office warehouse space in Sterling Industrial Park located at 186 White Road, Houston, Texas. This is an expansion of Fluid Flows current Houston facility and will serve as a manufacturing, distribution, and office hub for the region. Sterling Industrial Park is located just off Beltway 8 in South Houston in unincorporated Harris County. Sterling Industrial Park is a project of local developer Dominant Development LLC. The park offers over 65 acres of developmental land and build-to-suit opportunities. The next phase is two 17,850 square foot buildings for sale or lease set to be complete Q2 of 2020.
