Americo Oil & Gas Production Co. has purchased a 3,350-sf industrial building on 3.18 acres at 12230 Hempstead Rd., Houston, from AGC Hempstead Enterprise LP. Brad LyBrand and Neal Thomson of NewQuest Properties represented the seller. Neekie Kashani of Champions Real Estate Group represented the buyer.

CENTRAL TEXAS SALE

Base 57 LLC has purchased a 12,044-sf industrial building on 1.27 acres at 2302 Western Trails Blvd., Austin, from West Trails Industrial LLC. Brad Elmore of NewQuest Properties represented the buyer. Matt Fain and Lee Ellison of Equitable Commercial Realty represented the seller.

LOUISIANA LEASE

Nekter Juice Bar has leased 1,402 sf of retail space in Camp Forbing, located at the intersection of Flournoy Lucas and Ellerbe roads, Shreveport. Bob Conwell and Ashley Strickland of NewQuest Properties represented the landlord. Stacy Odom of Sterling Properties represented the tenant.
