Ball & Farrar Properties LLP has purchased a 6,000-sf, two-story flex building on 0.27 acres at 1117 Herkimer St., Houston, from Yun Global LLC. Neal Thomson and Chris Dray of NewQuest Properties represented the seller. John Zivley of Oxford Partners Houston represented the buyer.

CD American Shaman has leased 1,050 sf of retail space in Copperfield Crossing, 15540Hwy. 529, Houston, from EQYInvest Owner II. Andrew Alvis of NewQuest Properties represented the tenant. Adam Blustein and Lauren Shepperd of Global Realty & Management Inc. represented the landlord.
