Bradford Team Bags Three Renewals For Kennington Commercial Portfolio

Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services has scored a triple play, totaling 13,838 sf, in direct talks for three industrial flex properties in Carrollton.

Securing the win for the landlord, Kennington Commercial, is Bradford's leasing team of Brian Pafford, senior vice president and managing partner; Susan Singer, executive vice president; and Ryan Coretz, broker associate.

The newly signed, long-term renewals are:

  • Travis Mechanical LLC, 6,002 sf of flex space at 1919 Old Denton Rd.
  • Teiber & Co. Inc., 5,555 sf of warehouse space at 2425 McIver Lane
  • National Car Wash, 2,281 sf of light manufacturing space at 1325 Whitlock Lane


Kennington Commercial owns 18 industrial flex properties, totaling 857,626 sf, in Addison, Carrollton and Farmers Branch. Bradford has secured more than 65,000 sf in renewals and new leases for the local investment group since winning the assignment last fall.

Travis Mechanical LLC has renewed 6,002 sf of flex space at 1919 Old Denton Rd., Carrollton. Teiber & Co. Inc. has renewed 5,555 sf of warehouse space at 2425 McIver Lane, Carrollton. Brian Pafford, senior vice president and managing partner of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services; Susan Singer, executive vice president; and Ryan Coretz, broker associate, represented the landlord, Kennington Commercial, in the direct deal.

National Car Wash has renewed 2,281 sf of light manufacturing space at 1325 Whitlock Lane, Carrollton. Brian Pafford, senior vice president and managing partner of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services; Susan Singer, executive vice president; and Ryan Coretz, broker associate, represented the landlord, Kennington Commercial, in the direct deal.
