Brad Dorsey, associate and Robert Denninger, first vice president investments in Marcus & Millichap’s Dallas office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor, and secured the buyer, a private investor.

“Brad brought a local buyer to the table in a month and got our asking price for the Park, and also sold some surrounding acreage for expansion opportunities,” said the seller of Lake Lavon RV Park.

Lake Lavon RV Park is located at 14350 County Road 546 in Nevada, Texas.
