Blake Davis, associate, and Philip Levy, senior managing director investments in Marcus & Millichap’s Dallas office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a local merchant developer, and procured the buyer, a private 1031exchange west coast investor.

“The buyer was attracted to the current and future growth in the city of Wylie,” said Davis. “Primarily for the new Collin College of Wylie Campus that is being constructed across the street and opening in the fall of 2020.”

Nickelville Square procured 15 offers within the first month of marketing the property and closed within 3 months of marketing the property.
