Colliers International is pleased to announce the acquisition of 12.836 acres by developer Cedar Port NIT IP 1, LLC. The site is located at the corner of FM 1405 and Oscar Nelson Jr. Drive. The purchaser was represented by Jason Tangen of Colliers International. The seller, TGS Cedar Port Partners, L.P., was represented by Joel Michael of NAI Partners. NIT Industrial, LLC plans to develop a four-building park on a speculative basis consisting of a total of 204,175 SF of rentable area. The planned buildings range from 50,250 SF to 51,925 SF in size and feature tilt-wall construction, 100% ESFR, Dock and Grade Loading and 32’ Clear Heights. Construction is anticipated to start in October of 2019. Colliers will be handling the leasing on behalf of the developer.
