Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services has promoted two professionals to leadership positions in the firm.
David Simpson, executive vice president of Bradford Management Co. Inc., has been named the parent company's newest managing partner. Julie Santaularia was promoted to director of marketing and client services.
Simpson began his property management career in 1985 at Vantage Management Co. Inc., predecessor to Bradford Cos. He transitioned to Bradford in 1989. He is responsible for nurturing strategic relationships, including institutional clients, throughout Dallas/Fort Worth and direct management of a portfolio of retail and industrial properties.
Santaularia, who joined the firm in May 2012 as a graphics designer, is responsible for creating Bradford's marketing collateral, proposals and packages. Her portfolio of creative projects has helped to facilitate several large transactions for the firm. She also manages Bradford's social media accounts: LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Google My Business and Instagram. She holds a bachelor's degree in applied arts and sciences in leadership development from the University of North Texas.
