Cawley Partners is pleased to announce Aimbridge Hospitality has signed a lease to take 75,000 square feet at the new HQ53 office development in Plano, Texas. Aimbridge, whose current corporate headquarters are located in Plano, plans to move their hotel support teams to the new space. They will occupy the entire fourth floor and half of the third floor in the new building, which is set to break ground in September of 2019.

HQ53 is a 200,000 square foot building that will be located at 5300 Headquarters Drive. Designed by BOKA Powell, the building features bright, collaborative gathering spaces and timeless design elements. It will provide 50,000 square foot floor plates and 6:1000 parking, with 50% garage space and 50% surface parking.
HQ53 is expected to deliver to tenants in September of 2020. Cawley Partners continues to market the new development to potential tenants, and with more than 37% of the building now leased to Aimbridge, they expect to see interest grow.“We’ve received an incredible response to the announcement of HQ53.
