Vincent Knipp, senior vice president investments and Anthony Pucciarello, senior associate, in Marcus & Millichap’s Dallas office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a repeat client. The buyer was Texas-based and in a 1031-exchange.
