DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--International law firm Dorsey & Whitney LLP announced today that Eric Reeves has joined the Firm’s Merger & Acquisitions practice group in Dallas as Of Counsel.
Mr. Reeves’ practice focuses on a wide range of corporate transactions, including domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, venture capital and private equity transactions, debt and equity offerings and corporate governance matters.
Before joining Dorsey, Mr. Reeves was most recently a Senior Counsel in the Dallas office of Holland & Knight LLP. He previously served as the associate general counsel for corporate transactions at a leading company in the fractional aircraft ownership industry, where he counseled senior management on strategic business issues and negotiated a broad spectrum of business agreements relating to the business aircraft industry. He holds a B.S.B.A. in Finance from The Ohio State University, an M.B.A. from Case Western Reserve University and a J.D. from Case Western Reserve University School of Law.
