The buyer, a limited liability company, was secured and represented by Watt Harrison, Senior Associate, in Marcus & Millichap’s Houston office. “The tenant of the building does not have great sales figures but I was able to demonstrate the location is great which would mitigate the potential risk if the tenant did not renew when their lease came up for renewal.” Says Watt Harrison.
