CBRE announced that Craig Young and James Patterson have joined Valuation & Advisory Services (VAS) in Houston, Texas to focus on right-of-way (ROW) services for transportation, environmental, utility, and development projects of all types.

Mr. Young, who joins as an executive vice president, has more than 29 years of experience in commercial real estate, focused primarily on business development. He will lead Business Development for ROW with responsibility for expanding CBRE’s offering nationally, including valuation, litigation support, and expert witness testimony.

Mr. Patterson, who joins as director, has more than 17 years of experience focusing on ROW appraisal and consulting assignments. He will co-lead the ROW specialty practice for CBRE VAS in Houston with Mike Miggins.

Mr. Young and Mr. Patterson join CBRE from JLL where they managed valuation and consulting services for large scale infrastructure projects, including proposed petroleum pipelines, electrical transmission lines, waterlines and pubic roadways.
