“The property had a tenant leave during marketing but the market in Missouri City is strong which allowed the vacancy to fill up quickly and it demonstrated to the buyer that the property was resilient” says Watt Harrison.

The buyer, a limited liability company, was secured and represented by James H. Bell and Watt Harrison.

Knights Court is located at 7746 Highway 6 in Missouri City, Texas.
