Bright Realty brokered the lease for a new Chicken Salad Chick restaurant in Burleson. The 2,800-square-foot store is located at Elk Crossing at the SWQ of John Jones Dr. and Wilshire Blvd. The restaurant has become popular for its scratch-made Southern chicken salad as well as its non-traditional chicken salad recipes. Its dozen creative recipes include, for example, Lauryn’s Lemon Basil, featuring chopped pecans, fresh basil and lemon; Jalapeño Holly, a traditional take with added spice; Kickin’ Kay Lynne, a powerhouse combination of buffalo sauce, ranch, bacon, shredded cheddar, jalapeños and Sriracha; and Barbie-Q, which features a hickory-smoked barbeque flavor.

Elk Crossing is anchored by Kroger and Premier Cinemas, features a MINT Dentistry and is across the street from Target, Home Depot and HEB. Currently, 1,600 square feet of new construction is available for lease. Britton Lankford of Bright Realty represented the landlord in the transaction.
