The landlord, 1948 Real Estate Holdings, LLC, was represented by Elena Bakina of Colliers International | The Woodlands. Executive Texas Realty represented the lessor, R&L Entertainment, LLC in the transaction. The Jersey Village location will be only the third to open in the United States and the second in Texas. Kanga's Indoor Playcenter, a franchise operation, was originally founded in New Zealand before moving into Australia and Indonesia.
