2018 Vista Parke Austin LLC has purchased 18 acres at the intersection of Vista Parke Drive and FM 620, Austin, from Parke Properties I LP and GDF Realty Investments Ltd. Glenn Dickerson of NewQuest Properties and Jack Weiss of Quick & Co. represented the buyer. Will Majors of SRS Real Estate Partners represented the seller.

SOUTH TEXAS LEASES

Jason's Deli has ground-leased a 49,099-sf pad site in Brazos Town Center, located at the intersection of Interstate 69/US 59 and FM 762, Rosenberg, from NewQuest Properties. Bob Conwell and Austen Baldridge of NewQuest Properties represented the landlord. Brad Sondock of BDS Realty represented the tenant.

Fort Bend Liquor has leased 2,340 sf of retail space in Fort Bend Town Center, located at the intersection of TX 6 and Fort Bend Tollway, Missouri City, from NewQuest Properties. Ronnie Miranda and Ryan Kelsall of NewQuest Properties represented the landlord. Chris Brown of LE Commercial represented the tenant.

Susanne Cols-Fuents has leased 625 sf of office space in Windcliff Professional Building, 12340 Jones Rd., Houston, from NewQuest Properties. Ryan Kelsall and Ronnie Miranda of NewQuest Properties represented the landlord in the direct deal.
