NorthMarq’s Secures Refinancing via Fannie Mae for Trinity Hunter Place Mobile Home Community in Katy, Texas

2/5/19

NorthMarq’s Denver office arranged a refinancing for Trinity Hunter Place Mobile Home Community located at 2800 Katy Hockley Cutoff in Katy, Texas. Constructed in 2002, the property is a high quality, 199-site manufactured home community on 27.92 acres with a variety of amenities including secure gated access, clubhouse and management office, paved and lighted streets with good access to Katy schools.

Dale Stewart, vice president; and Chris Bailey, investment analyst, arranged the non-recourse financing for the borrower through its relationship with Fannie Mae on a 10-year term and 62 percent LTV.

“This was the first Fannie Mae loan for a long-time client of NorthMarq. They were very pleased with the performance of our DUS team and how smoothly the transaction went,” said Stewart.
