John Nguyen and Grace La of NewQuest Properties represented the tenant. Suzy Thompson and Christie Amezquita of Shop Cos. represented the landlord.
RichGirl Boutique has leased 1,012 sf of retail space at 1050 Heights Blvd., Suite 130, Houston, from MFT Heights LP. Chris Dray and Rachael Keener of NewQuest Proeprties represented the landlord. Wayne Landin and Litza Martinez of KW Commercial Texas Gulf represented the tenant.
