Colliers International in Houston announced that Rob Johnson, Vice President, and Chris Nash, Senior Associate, have joined the office occupier advisors team, each with their own extensive background and experience.
Johnson specializes in assisting local and multi-national organizations with requirements in Houston as well as across the nation. Nash is focused on tenant advisory services, specializing in the evaluation of lease facilities for occupiers of office space, including renewals, expansions, consolidations and relocations.

Johnson brings over ten years of commercial real estate experience. He is a third-generation Houstonian. Johnson attended The Kinkaid School and graduated from Vanderbilt University in 2000 with a Bachelor of Science degree. He is involved in a number of non-profit organizations including Easter Seals of Greater Houston, The Ronald McDonald House, Texas Children’s Hospital, and Heroes for Children.
Graduating from St. Edward’s University in 2013 with a Bachelor of Arts in Finance, Nash started his career in agency office leasing overseeing the company’s then-highest valued and largest office portfolio in Houston. In 2015, he transitioned his primary focus to office tenant representation and was tasked with growing his former brokerage firms’ presence in the Houston market. As a result of his dedication and success in consistently identifying/closing transactions, he was amongst the top 10% selected to receive Connect Media’s 2018 Next Generation Award. Nash is involved in Habitat for Horses, a non-profit equine rescue organization, as well as NAIOP’s Developing Leaders program.
