HFF announces the sale of a 6,400-square-foot, single-tenant, net-leased QuestCare Medical Clinic in Arlington, Texas.

The HFF team represented the seller, Todd Interests, and procured the buyer, Moss Group, who successfully executed a 1031 exchange.

The QuestCare Medical Clinic is located at 3051 South Center Street just north of Interstate 20 and Matlock, two main north-south thoroughfares in the Arlington area. This location sees more than 9,000 vehicles per day and has a population of more than 137,000 people within a three-mile radius. Additionally, the property’s location in the City of Arlington Medical District places it within one mile of Medical City Arlington, a 366-bed, full-service, acute care hospital. The QuestCare Medical Clinic was completed in 2018 and serves as a primary care wellness clinic.
