Metropolitan Capital Advisors has arranged $10,600,000 in permanent financing for Custer Park Shopping Center. The Signature Kroger shadow‐anchored retail center features a diverse tenant mix and is well located at the SEC of Custer and Parker in Plano, TX.

The debt financing was arranged on behalf of Morris Capital Partners, a Fort Worth based company who focuses on value‐add opportunities in underserved markets throughout the country. Sunny Sajnani, Principal Director at MCA was responsible for arranging the 10‐yr, full term interest‐only mortgage with Rialto Mortgage Capital.
