Colliers International notes Cypress Preserve Logistics Center, LLC has purchased 34.91 acres in the Cypress Preserve Park located at I-45 North & Cypress Creek Parkway near The Woodlands and George Bush Intercontinental Airport. The park developer, Hendricks Interests, LLC, was represented by Todd N. Edmonds, SIOR and Michelle Soderberg of Colliers International | The Woodlands.
