Colliers International notes Ben Newell with Transwestern Development Company has purchased ±23.479 acres at Royal Drive in Stafford, Texas. Daniel Steppe with the Steppe Family Partnership, LTD, the owner, was represented by Trey Erwin with Lee & Associates and Barkley Peschel with Colliers International. Tommy LeBlanc with Avison Young represented the buyer in the transaction.
