The buyer was a local investor and was secured and represented by Nate Newman, Senior Associate in Marcus & Millichap’s The Woodlands office. When asked for a comment, Newman stated, “This was a strategic asset for the buyer to add to his portfolio. There were some challenges that came up through the escrow process, but we were able to work through everything to craft a deal that both the buyer and seller were happy with.”

Klein Church Plaza is located at 5258 Louetta Road in Spring, Texas
