Marcus & Millichap Arranges The Sale Of A 22,800 SF Industrial Building

Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate investment services firm with offices throughout the United States and Canada, today announced the sale of 10425 Southwest Plaza Drive, a 22,800-square foot industrial property located in Houston, Texas, according to Ford Noe, Regional Manager of the firm’s The Woodlands office. The asset had a listing price of $2,200,200.

Thomas Costello, Senior Associate, and Michael Lea, Associate, in Marcus & Millichap’s The Woodlands office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor. “The property presented several attractive features for an end user: easy access to Southwest Freeway 59 and Sam Houston Tollway, 22,800 square feet of warehouse space with three phase power, ample covered parking, and approximately one acre of land to accommodate future growth,” said Lea.
