The buyer, an out of area investor in a 1031 exchange, was secured and represented by Tommy Lovell III, First Vice President Investments, Richard Robson, Associate, in Marcus & Millichap’s Dallas office. “This offering garnered attention from local and out of area investors due to its’ prime location on Fairmont Parkway and the excellent tenant mix”, says Harris Brooks.
