JLL completes new lease at Concourse at Westway

JLL today announced global shipping giant Mediterranean Shipping Company (MSC) has signed a new 33,713-square-foot office lease at Concourse at Westway, 4700 West Sam Houston Parkway North in Houston. The Geneva-based company will relocate its Houston office from 10050 Northwest Freeway to Concourse at Westway in the first quarter of 2019.

JLL’s Russell Hodges and Chrissy Wilson represented the landlord, Guggenheim Concourse L.P., in the transaction. Bob Parsley and Corbin Jansen of Colliers International represented MSC.
