Cynthia Olsen, a shareholder with Wilson Cribbs + Goren and a member of the firm’s Real Estate Law and Lending Law practices, has been elected as president of the board of the Gulf Coast Chapter of the Risk Management Association (RMA) in Houston for a one-year term that began September 1, 2018.

The RMA is a not-for-profit, member-driven professional association dedicated to advancing the use of sound risk management principles in the financial services industry. RMA has 2,500 members, including banks of all sizes and nonbank financial institutions. These organizations are represented in the RMA by 18,000 risk management professionals who are members of chapters in financial centers throughout North America, including the Gulf Coast Chapter. The Gulf Coast Chapter has more than 390 members.
