Colliers International I The Woodlands is pleased to announce the sale of a ±2.94 acre tract of land on Spell Circle (Lot 13) located northwest of Spell Road and Hufsmith Kohrville Road in Tomball, Harris County, Texas. The buyer, Nickson Spell Road 13, LLC, purchased the property for its second speculative project in the Tomball Business and Technology Park. The future plans consist of an office/warehouse building totaling ±25,200 square feet. Once leased, this new project is anticipated to create 15-25 new full-time jobs within the City of Tomball. The buyer was represented by ACC Realty, LLC. Tom Condon, Jr. with Colliers International represented the seller, Tomball Economic Development Corporation, led by Kelly Violette, Executive Director and Mayor Gretchen Fagan, Board President. Jane Mathews with Stewart Title - Tomball coordinated the closing.
