Church Road LP has purchased 275.94 acres at the intersection of Stefka and Harpers Church roads, Hempstead, from Jon A. Marshall. Dave Ramsey of NewQuest Properties and Paul King of Texas Land & Commercial Properties represented the seller.

Valvoline has ground-leased a 0.86-acre pad site in the Shops at Katy Reserve, located at the intersection of FM 1463 and Spring Green Boulevard, Katy, from NewQuest Properties. Bob Conwell and J.J.
