Colliers International notes 2018 Beltway Property, Ltd has purchased 2.7641 acres of commercial land at a strategic corner development site with plans to build a neighborhood retail center. The property is located at the NWC Space Center Boulevard and Crenshaw in Pasadena, Texas. The seller, Domec Family Limited Partnership, Ltd, was represented by Marshall Clinkscales of Colliers International and Todd N. Edmonds,SIOR, also with Colliers International represented the buyer in the transaction.
