MAG Fund I has purchased 221.75 acres at 21500 FM 1488, Magnolia, from Elvira R. Rodriguez Family Partnership Ltd. Rob Whitaker of NewQuest Properties represented the seller. Jeff Lokey of NewQuest Properties represented the buyer.

Madera Run Ltd. has purchased 2.52 acres along Madera Run Parkway adjacent to Groves Elementary School in Atascocita from LH Groves LLC. Dave Ramsey and Brad Elmore of NewQuest Properties represented the seller in the direct deal.

Lodges at Scott LLC has purchased 1.28 acres at 3509 Tuam St., Houston, from WWBD LP. Ori Batagower and Brad LyBrand of NewQuest Properties represented the seller. Erika Galvez of Champions Real Estate Group represented the buyer.

Image Studios 360 has leased 5,927 sf of retail space in the Shops at Katy Reserve, located at the intersection of FM 1463 and Spring Green Boulevard, Katy, from NewQuest Properties. J.J. McDermott and Bob Conwell of NewQuest Properties represented the landlord. Sasha Levine and Lacee Jacobs of CBRE represented the tenant.
