JLL today announced the firm has been selected as the strategic leasing partner for The Mission Companies’ Ashford I, II, III, and IV, a 245,000-square-foot office portfolio in West Houston.

JLL’s Jack Russo and Scott Fikes will lead the marketing and leasing efforts on behalf of The Mission Companies.

The Ashford Portfolio includes four two-story Class B office buildings at 14800, 14811 and 14825 St. Mary’s Lane, and 950 Threadneedle St. Constructed from 1975 to 1980, the properties have undergone renovations as recently as 2014.

The portfolio is approximately 82 percent leased and serves a broad range of tenants from the energy, engineering, financial and professional services, and legal sectors.

Located near the intersection of the Katy Freeway and Dairy Ashford Road, the properties are proximate to several restaurants, hotels, large corporate campuses within the Energy Corridor and major west Houston thoroughfares.

JLL also leases on behalf of The Mission Companies 1885 St. James, a 165,000-square-foot boutique office building in Houston’s Galleria submarket.

In total, JLL’s Agency Leasing team currently leases approximately 10 million square feet of office space in Houston.
