Greysteel Managing Directors, Doug Banerjee and Boyan Radic; Senior Investment Associate, Andrew Mueller and Investment Associate Andrew Hanson, who are based in the company’s Dallas and Fort Worth offices, negotiated the sale on behalf of the seller and secured the buyer.
