The property was purchased as a one hundred percent leased investment with triple net leases to two tenants, Harris County Toll Road Authority and Transcore, LP, a wholly owned subsidiary of Roper Technologies (NYSE: ROP). The building is well positioned within the submarket and a welcomed addition to the Buyer's Portfolio. The Seller was represented by Payton Indermuehle, SIOR with Keen Realty Advisors. Jason Tangen with Colliers International represented the Buyer in the transaction.

Transcore Plaza is a 55,588 square foot building on 4.78 acres located near the intersection of Beltway 8 and Kempwood Drive. The multi-tenant building features dock high and grade level loading, heavy power, wet sprinkler system and has prominent visibility with approximately 445 feet of frontage on Sam Houston Parkway (Beltway 8).
