Colliers International announces the sale of a 13.2 acre land site on the north west corner of Fairmont Parkway & Red Bluff Road in Pasadena, Texas. Rodney Susholtz, the owner and authorized agent for seller, and Nantucket Housing LLC, the buyer, have sold and purchased the 13.2 acres. The seller was represented by Marshall Clinkscales and Jay Kyle represented the buyer in the transaction. The buyer is in the planning stages of a multifamily and retail mixed-use development on the site to be called Fairmont Crossing.
