Colliers International is pleased to announce the sale of a ±6.1 acre tract of land on Spell Circle (Tract 14) just north and west of Spell Road and Hufsmith Kohrville Road, Tomball, Harris County, Texas to Nickson Tomball Industrial Ltd (Buyer). The speculative project for the Tomball Business And Technology Park will consist of two Office/Warehouse Buildings for a total of ±55,800 Square Feet. This new project is anticipated to create 30-50 new full-time jobs within the City of Tomball once fully leased.

The Seller was Tomball Economic Development Corporation (http://tomballtxedc.org/) (Kelly Violette, Executive Director, and Mayor Gretchen Fagan, Board President.)

Tom Condon, Jr., Senior Vice President in The Woodlands office of Colliers International represented the Seller. ACC Realty, LLC represented the Buyer. Jane Matthews with Stewart Title - Tomball coordinated the Closing.

Nickson Industrial Warehouses is the developer on this site, led by Charles G. Nickson, and is very experienced with this type project. Similar projects within its portfolio include 4 buildings in Oak Ridge North and elsewhere in the Houston and Dallas metroplexes.
