Colliers International is pleased to announce the sale of a ±3,754 square foot Office Building on a ±0.55 acre site located at 25910 Oak Ridge Drive just south of The Woodlands in Montgomery County, Texas to Real Adelaide, LLC (Buyer). The single user facility will be renovated to add additional private offices and then leased to a Certified Public Accounting firm. The Seller was Oakridge Ventures, LLC.
