Dallas, Texas-based Metropolitan Capital Advisors, Ltd. has arranged a Construction Loan for the Containery located in downtown Waco, Texas. The project, which is being developed by Mr. Bill Wetterman, is an adaptive re-use project of an existing warehouse building situated on 24,750 sf of land on the west corner of 4th Street and Jackson Avenue. Upon completion, the Containery will be Downtown Waco’s newest shopping destination and will be leased to local food merchants, wine bars, coffee shops, boutique retail stores and offices. The Containery will be well-positioned to capture Downtown Waco’s recent surge in traffic and economic growth driven by demand generators such as Magnolia Market and Balcones Distilling. 

Brandon Wilhite, Senior Director at MCA, was responsible for arranging the $4,360,000 Construction Loan with the McGregor, Texas-based TFNB Bank.
