VB Uniti Investments and Pearland Hospitality have purchased 1.2 acres and 1.8 acres, respectively, in Shadow Creek Ranch, Pearland, from CCAC Sam's Shadow Creek LLC. Brad Elmore, Bob Conwell and Austen Baldridge of NewQuest Properties represented the seller. Jay Patel of Re/Max Space Center represented the buyers.
2018 Piping LLC has purchased a former Golden Corral restaurant, totaling 6,963 sf, on 1.39 acres at 2050 11th St., Huntsville, from the intermediary of Augusta Matthew. Brad Elmore and Austen Baldridge represented the seller. JJ McDermott of NewQuest Properties represented the tenant.
