JLL announced today Elementia USA has signed a 16,505-square-foot lease for the entire third floor of 396 West Greens Road in Houston. The international manufacturer and supplier of building materials, will relocate from its current office at 15055 Woodham Drive this spring.  

JLL’s Jessica Ochoa and John Pruitt represented the landlord, GWL Realty Advisors. Tripp Pruet of Savills Studley represented the tenant in the transaction. 

Originally built in 1980, the property recently underwent a multi-million dollar renovation including the lobby, building entryway, exterior plaza, restrooms and elevator banks.
