BDO USA, LLP, one of the nation's leading accounting and consulting organizations, today announced that Reid Wade has been admitted to the firm’s partnership. In this role, Mr. Wade will be responsible for leading audit and advisory services across multiple business sectors, including private equity and mezzanine investment funds, manufacturing, oilfield service, construction, hospitality and sports and entertainment. Previously, Mr. Wade was a Director in the firm’s Houston office.

Mr. Wade has more than 11 years of experience in SEC financial reporting, private equity transaction advisory, debt and equity offerings and Sarbanes Oxley 404 compliance. Mr. Wade is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Houston Association for Corporate Growth, the Baylor Business Network of Houston, the Houston CPA Society, the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Texas Young Professionals Society. He earned a B.B.A. in accounting from Baylor University and a Masters of Accounting from Texas Christian University.
