Grant Thornton’s Houston Office Admits Kyle Reid as New Partner

Grant Thornton LLP admitted Kyle Reid as Diligence partner in the firm’s Houston office. Across the firm, Grant Thornton admitted 39 new partners and principals, and promoted 28 professionals to managing director.

Reid joined the firm in 2015 with more than 20 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions with a focus on energy companies since moving to Houston in 2015. He has worked on more than 200 M&A transactions with a total deal value in excess of $50 billion. He helps clients maximize value from M&A deals by providing experienced strategic and deal advice, capturing value from strategy inception to integration, and by mitigating risk. Prior to being admitted as partner, Reid served as a managing director.

Reid is a certified public accountant (CPA) in Texas, Illinois, and Nevada and a member of the American Institute of CPAs, and the Association for Corporate Growth. Reid received his master’s degree from the Thunderbird School of Global Management and his bachelor’s degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
