Philip Levy, Senior Managing Director Investments in Marcus & Millichap’s Fort Worth office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a developer. The buyer, a private investor, was secured by Mr. Levy.

Bank of America is located at 3160 East Broad Street in Mansfield, Texas. The subject property is located in a rapidly developing area on East Broad Street about a quarter of a mile west of Texas Highway 360. Area traffic generators include Kroger Marketplace, Vernon Newsom Stadium, Big League of Dreams ballpark, Hawaiian Falls, Mansfield and Lake Ridge High Schools and Methodist Mansfield Medical Center. A proposed site for a 25,000+ square foot retail center sits directly across from the subject property.
