Jon Paul Hoelscher
Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP is pleased to announce that Jon Paul Hoelscher, a partner in the firm’s Houston office, has been elected chair of the Houston Bar Association (HBA) Construction Law Section for the 2017-18 term.
"The firm congratulates Jon Paul on his election as chair of the Houston Bar Association’s Construction Law Section in recognition of his knowledge, experience and leadership in construction law among the Houston legal community,” said Bradley’s Houston Office Managing Partner Ian P. Faria.
The HBA’s Construction Law Section works to promote the objective and standards of professionalism of the HBA within the field of construction law. The section has more than 300 members focusing on a broad range of legal and industry issues that arise on private and public commercial construction projects and residential construction projects.
Mr. Hoelscher focuses his practice on advising clients in the construction, energy, and oil and gas industries. He often represents general contractors, subcontractors, oil field service companies, product and equipment manufacturers, as well as property owners and developers, in a wide range of transactional and litigation matters. He earned his J.D. from South Texas College of Law and his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Texas
