Chase Bank has ground leased a 54,480-sf retail pad in Fairfield Marketplace, located at the intersection of US Hwy. 290 and Mason Road, Cypress, from NewQuest Properties. Bob Conwell and Rachael Keener of NewQuest Properties represented the landlord. David Stukalin and Zac Hoffer of the Retail Connection represented the tenant.

Dickey's Barbecue Pit has leased 2,181 sf of retail space in Chambers Town Center, located at the intersection of Interstate 10 and TX 146, Baytown, from NewQuest Properties. Bob Conwell, Austen Baldridge and Brad Elmore of NewQuest Properties represented the landlord. Jack Burgher of Streetwise Retail Advisors and Lee Koons of Lincoln Property Co. represented the tenant.

Jordan Insurance has leased 1,400 sf of retail space in Tomball Parkway Plaza, located at the intersection of Theis Road and TX 249, Tomball, from Tomball Plaza LLC. Brad Elmore and Austen Baldridge of NewQuest Properties represented the landlord in the direct deal.
