CoreNet Global Houston Chapter this week recognized Bill Malone, EAME Major Projects Executive for ExxonMobil, with the CoreNet Lifetime Achievement Award for his community leadership and contributions to the organization during the chapter’s Annual Awards and Market Outlook Luncheon held at the Junior League of Houston.
Malone, a real estate industry veteran, has spent more than 30 years in a variety of roles at ExxonMobil, including regional and global operations and project executive roles in the US, Hong Kong, London and Singapore. Most recently, he was Operations Executive during the design and construction of the new ExxonMobil Springwoods Village campus. In December 2015, he commenced a new assignment as Europe, Africa, Middle East as Major Projects executive.
Active in the community, Malone is Chairman of the Board of Community Family Centers and sits on the board of directors of the Montgomery County Youth Services, the Academic Advisory Board of the United States Military Academy in West Point, and the US Air Force Civil Engineer’s Special Advisory Council. He also is involved in several other organizations, including CoreNet Houston, the United Way of Greater Houston, the Boy Scouts of America, and ExxonMobil’s Veterans Advisory & Support Team.
