About George C. Baldwin
George, a partner in the Austin office, focuses his practice on the resolution of commercial disputes through litigation, mediation, and arbitration. He is consistently called upon by top decision makers for his depth of knowledge and ability to resolve complicated construction-related problems in a cost-effective and business-oriented manner. He has extensive experience in cases involving scheduling problems, acceleration, delays, defective construction, and defective and ambiguous plans and specifications. Baldwin also serves as an arbitrator and mediator for the Washington, D.C. and Dallas offices of the American Arbitration Association and for private parties.
About J. Paulo Flores
Paulo is a partner in Peckar & Abramson’s Dallas office. With over 25 years of legal experience, he focuses his practice on construction law and litigation. He has successfully handled numerous construction related disputes in litigation, arbitration, and alternative dispute forums and represents a wide range of industry clients. Paulo serves as both a mediator and an arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association on its construction and commercial law disputes, as well as large case panels.

About Tracy Russell Galimore
Tracy is Senior Counsel in the Construction Law and Surety practice groups in P&A's Houston office. Tracy’s practice includes the general representation of contractors, sureties, owners, developers, subcontractors and suppliers in contract negotiation, general project execution and dispute resolution. Her experience includes first and second chair representation of construction clients in all phases of litigation. Tracy regularly negotiates commercial, industrial, multi-family and residential construction contracts and has supported the negotiation of engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contracts, as well as joint venture agreements on several major energy, chemical and power projects.
About Curtis W. Martin
Curtis is Managing Partner of P&A’s Houston office. He represents contractors and owners on large construction projects and advises clients on all facets of the construction process, from the preparation of contract documents to counseling on risk management, business and legal issues that arise during projects, and dispute resolution. Curtis draws on his extensive experience in the construction industry, where he has focused his professional life since 1979 as both a construction lawyer and an industry executive. He is one of very few lawyers who have served as President and Chief Operating Officer of an ENR-400 construction company.

About Matthew S. C. Moore
Matt is a Partner in P&A's Construction and Surety practice groups, where he focuses primarily on the transactional litigation and dispute resolution aspects of construction law.
